  • Efficient delivery of DNA to a wide variety of cell lines

    Using the EzWay¢â Transfection Reagent or competitor reagent L, cells were transfected with the pDNA, which expresses luciferase (A) and GFP (B) respectively. One microgram of pDNA complexed to EzWay ¢â(1:4.9 wt ratios of pDNA and lipid) was added to a various cell lines, The cells were transfected for 4 hours and incubated for additional 24 hours. The luciferase activity (A) of the cell lysate was measured with a luminometer and a luciferase assay kit and the GFP expression (B) was determined by fluorescence microscopy.
  • Knockdown efficacy of EzWayTM Transfection Reagent
    siRNA targeting luciferase was transfected by EzWay¢â Transfection Reagent and competitor reagent L into Hep-3B cells. For B16BL6 cells, siRNA targeting luciferase was co-transfected with luciferase gene by two products, respectively. Luciferase-silencing efficiency was calculated relative to untreated cells. (A) shows the luciferase expression, while (B) shows the reduction in luciferase activity. EzWay¢â Transfection Reagent delivered significant gene silencing from 10 nM of renilla luciferase siRNA.
