- Efficient delivery of DNA to a wide variety of cell lines
- Knockdown efficacy of EzWayTM Transfection Reagent
siRNA targeting luciferase was transfected by EzWay¢â Transfection Reagent and competitor reagent L into Hep-3B cells. For B16BL6 cells, siRNA targeting luciferase was co-transfected with luciferase gene by two products, respectively. Luciferase-silencing efficiency was calculated relative to untreated cells. (A) shows the luciferase expression, while (B) shows the reduction in luciferase activity. EzWay¢â Transfection Reagent delivered significant gene silencing from 10 nM of renilla luciferase siRNA.
- Inhibition of GFP expression in cells transfected with GFP targeting siRNA using EzWayTM Transfection Reagent
MDA-MB-231 cells constitutively expressing the GFP gene were transfected with 10 nM final siRNA concentration of GFP-targeting siRNA.
