Voltage-gated sodium(Na+) channelÀº ½Å°æ¿¡¼ action potential(Ȱµ¿ÀüÀ§)ÀÇ »ý¼º°ú ºÐ¹è¿¡ ÇʼöÀûÀÔ´Ï´Ù. Na+ channelÀº ³ú¿¡¼ brain I, II, IIIÀÇ 3°¡Áö ŸÀÔÀ¸·Î ±¸ºÐµÇ´Âµ¥, À̵éÀº alpha subunit¿Í beta1, beta2ÀÇ º¸Á¶ subunit·Î ±¸¼ºµË´Ï´Ù.
