• 특히 ADV02는 측정 범위가 넓습니다.
• 각종 detergent와 chemical이 포함된 샘플에도 사용할 수 있습니다.
• 단백질 분석 reading에 영향을 미치지 않는 detergent의 한계 농도는 다음과 같습니다.

• Advanced Protein Assay (ADV01)
  • 25 μg/ml to 1000 μg/ml까지의 다양한 범위의 단백질 농도를 빠르고 정확하게 측정할 수 있습니다.
  • 간단한 방법으로 1분 안에 green에서 blue로 색상이 변하며 570~615nm의 흡광도에서 측정됩니다.
  • 다음과 같은 샘플에 이용할수 있습니다.
    • SDS-PAGE sample buffer
    • Very low protein concentration solutions
    • Column fractions
    • Purified proteins and antibodies
• Precision Red Advanced Protein Assay (ADV02)
  • 0.25 mg/ml에서 50 mg/ml까지의 다양한 범위의 단백질 농도를 빠르고 정확하게 측정할 수 있습니다.
  • 간단한 방법으로 1분 안에 red에서 blue로 색상이 변하며 600nm의 흡광도에서 측정됩니다.
  • 다음과 같은 샘플에 이용할수 있습니다.
    • Cell extracts
    • Serum samples
    • Medium to high protein concentration solutions
    • Protein requiring GLP and higher standards

사용예

Figure 2. Comparison of protein measurements with ADV01 in PBS buffer and SDS-PAGE sample buffer. 2 μl of sample plus 300 μl of reagent were mixed in a well of a standard 96-well plate. Absorbance at 600 nm was read and plotted on the figure. ADV01 gives a linear response in both PBS and SDS-PAGE sample buffer. Note: The coefficient does change and measuremements in SDS-PAGE sample buffer should be compared to standards in the same buffer.
