	Z-DEVD-FMK	2166	Cell-permeable, irreversible inhibitor of caspase-3/CPP32; inhibits tumour cell apoptosis. Neuroprotective in rat hippocampus following seizures in vivo.
	Ivachtin	2636	Potent, reversible inhibitor of caspase-3 (IC50 = 23 nM) that displays moderate selectivity over other caspases. Exhibits antiapoptotic activity in human Jurkat T cells treated with staurosporine; exhibits a higher level of protection than Z-VAD-FMK (Cat. No. 2163).

Caspase 8	Z-IETD-FMK	2170	Inhibitor of caspase-8. Blocks TNFα-induced cytochrome c release and apoptosis in human leukemic U937 cells. Also inhibits nuclear protein cleavage in Jurkat, MCF-7 and HeLa cells in vitro.
Caspase 9	Z-LEHD-FMK	2171	Cell-permeable inhibitor of caspase-9. Inhibits MG 132-induced cancer cell death and protects isolated rat hearts against ischaemia-reperfusion injury. Neuroprotective following cerebral ischaemia in rats in vivo.
