    ReNcell : Human Immortalized Progenitor Cells
  • ReNcell은 human fetal neural tissue에서 유래된 불사화세포주 (immortalized cell line)로, neuron 및 glial cell로 분화됩니다.
  • 45세대 이상의 장기 계대배양후에도 높은 성장률과 karyotype stability를 유지하며, 같은 계열의 defined serum-free ReNcell Media에서 더욱 쉽게 성공적으로 증식됩니다.
  • 다기능 (multipotent) cell line으로, astrocyte, neuron, oligodendrocyte로 분화됩니다.
