    특징
  • Highly specific anti-HBSAg IgG가 미리 코팅되어 있으며, strip plate이어서 사용이 편리합니다.
  • Recombinant purified HbSAg standards (0, 1, 3, 6, 12, and 20 ng/ml)
  • 100ul의 Serum 샘플이 필요하며, ~1 ng/ml의 Sensitivity를 가집니다.
  • 3차례에 걸쳐 상온에서 105분간 incubation해주면 결과를 얻으실 수 있습니다.
  • Human, Mouse, Rabbit에 Species Reactivity를 가집니다.
  • 시약은 냉장보관하며, 6~12개월간 안정합니다.
