FtsZ protein

FtsZ (Filamenting temperaturesensitive mutant Z)는 진핵세포의 튜불린에 반응하며, 최초로 발견된 원핵세포의 세포골격 단백질로 세포분열시 세포 사이에 구성되는 새로운 세포벽을 만들기 위해 다른 종류의 단백질을 불러들이는데 필수적입니다.

Cytoskeleton사의 FtsZ protein은 FtsZ binding proteins을 동정하는데 사용되며, 다양한 species로부터 분리된 단백질을 제공합니다.
