ProSci immunoBlots

• human, mouse, rat의 조직 뿐만 아니라 종양 조직과 cell line에서 다양하게 사용할 수 있습니다.
• 단백질을 4-20% gradient SDS-PAGE gel을 이용하여 분리하고, nitrocellulose membrane으로 trasfer 시켜 바로 immunoblot 할 수 있도록 제공되어집니다.
• 각 Immunoblot에는 pre-stained protein marker와 8-9개의 샘플(샘플 당 15 μg 단백질)이 포함되어 있습니다.
• 요청시 7% ~ 15% gel의 사용이 가능하며, 맞춤형 immunoblot도 생산 가능합니다.
