  • Western blot 과정 동안 인단백질 항원을 유지시킵니다.
  • 건식 혼합으로 Premix되어 있어 사용이 간편합니다.
• Phosphoprotein Purification Kit
  • 각종 세포에서 인단백질을 신속하게 정제/농축하는 제품입니다.
  • 정제된 Matrix를 이용하여 단일 스텝만으로 lysate로부터 인산화된 단백질을 affinity-purification 합니다.
  • 2 prep, 5 prep 등 2가지 용량으로 제공되며, 각 preparation은 2.5 mg의 toal lysate protein을 사용할 수 있습니다.
  • 전체 모든 과정은 4시간 정도 소요됩니다.

HeLa cell lysate was incubated with Phosphoprotein Enrichment Matrix according to the Assay Instructions. p-ERK enrichment was demonstrated by immunoblot.
