NETRI, Digitizing human biology 

• NETRI는 제약, 피부 미용, health에 적용되는 장기 칩(organs-on-chip)을 개발합니다.
• NETRI는 뉴런을 생체 디지털 센서로 사용하여 신경 분포된 표적 기관에 테스트된 제품의 기능적 영향을 디지털 방식으로 기록하고, 테스트된 각 화합물에 대한 디지털 서명을 생성합니다.
• NETRI는 또한 이미 시중에 출시되었거나 임상 단계에서 실패한 화합물의 디지털 서명과 비교할 수 있는 디지털 라이브러리를 개발하고 있습니다. NETRI는 모든 organ의 신경 분포(기능적 디지털화) 및 혈관화(유체 관류)를 가능하게 하는 유일한 플레이어입니다.
• NETRI 장치를 통해, 동일한 organ 또는 다른 organ의 서로 다른 영역의 생리적 행동, 조직간의 상호 작용 또는 복잡한 신경 네트워크를 단일 칩에서 재현할 수 있습니다.(예: 감각 뉴런과 피부세포의 공동 배양으로 신경 분포된 피부를 재현하고, 또는 뉴런과 근육 세포의 공동 배양을 통한 ALS 환경을 재현합니다.)

NETRI, innovative technologies  

• NETRI 장치는 높은 생체 적합성과 광학적 투명성을 위해 PDMS로 만들어졌으며, SBS 호환성을 갖는 형태로 제공되어 표준 실험실 장비에 바로 호환됩니다. 
• NETRI 장치는 두 가지 유형의 기술이 이용됩니다.
  1. Axon에 의해 모든 organ의 신경 분포를  가능하게 하는 마이크로채널
  2. 모든 organ의 혈관신생을 위한 다공성 막 

• 구획화는 다양한 세포 유형(뉴런, 각질세포, 내피 세포 등)을 독립적으로 성장시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 모든 기관의 신경 분포 및 혈관 형성을 허용합니다. 
• NETRI 장치는 MEA(MicroElectrode Array) 기술과 호환되어 뉴런의 전기 활동을 기록할 수 있습니다. NETRI는 전기생리학 분야의 세계적인 선두주자인 Axion BioSystems와 협력하여 장치를 개발했습니다.

1) DuaLink

• 3 compartments : 2 for cell culture & 1 for fluidic isolation
• Co-culture of different cell types
• Compatible with lab equipments and imaging & biochimic analysis readouts (ELISA, Live Staining etc…)
• Discontinious connectivity by microchannels tunnels technology
• Wide array of application from innervated skin 2D modeling, neuromuscular junction modeling to toxicology or virology.
