고가의 장비(FACS 등) 없이도 신속하게 세포를 분리할 수 있습니다.
나노 크기 입자를 사용하여 반응 속도가 빠르고, 높은 결합능력을 가지며, 세포에 손상을 유발하지 않습니다.
표적 세포를 고순도로 효과적으로 분리하면서 세포 생존율을 유지합니다.
Human, mouse, rat 등 다양한 species 시료로 부터 몇분 만에 세포를 분리할 수 있습니다.

세포 분리 원리

1. MagCellect™ Negative Selection Kits

비표적 세포에 biotinylated 항체 결합 → Ferrofluid와 결합 → 자석에 붙여 제거

2. 표적세포 MagCellect™ Plus Positive Selection Kits

표적 세포에 biotin 항체 결합 → Ferrofluid 결합 → 자석에 붙여 확보

세포 분리를 위한 MagCellect Magnet

MagCellect Magnet(자석 장치)는 모든 MagCellect 키트 및 시약과 함께 사용할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다.
다음과 같은 사이즈의 tube를 사용할 수 있습니다:

12 x 75 mm (5 mL) tube 최대 6개
17 x 100 mm (15 mL) tube 최대 2개

직경 100 nm 이상의 자기 나노입자(magnetic nanoparticles)와 함께 사용되며, 양성 선택(positive selection)과 음성 선택(negative selection) 모두에 사용할 수 있습니다.
