ADC (Antibody-drug-conjugate) 제작을 위해, 고객의 항체에 payload를 컨쥬게이션 할 수 있는 kit입니다.

특징 

 

  • CellMosaic의 ADC PerKit는 스크리닝 단계에서 다양한 항체와 약물을 사용하여 여러 종류의 ADC를 테스트 하는데 사용됩니다.
  • Surface amines 이나 reduced thiols을 통해 항체-약물 접합체를 준비할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다. 
  • 일부 Kit은 특정 작용기를 가진 payload에 적용할 수 있습니다.
  • 각 kit에는 선택된 payload를 고객의 항체에 부착하고 최종 ADC를 정제하는데 필요한 시약과 프로토콜을 제공합니다. 
  • 일반적인 CellMosaic 개인 맞춤형 ADC kit는 buffer 내에서 약 2-3mg의 최종 ADC를 산출하며, 평균 DAR(Drug-to-Antibody Ratio, 항체당 약물 비율)은 2-4입니다. Purity는 일반적으로 90% 이상이며, 반응하지 않고 남은 payload는 5% 미만입니다. 

 

 

프로토콜

 

정제된 항체 준비 후 payload를 conjugation 합니다. MMAE conjugation 예를 들면 다음과 같습니다.
